So today, lovelly early spring day here in Sandviken, Sweden. Me and mom has been eager to take the bikes out for weeks now, so today we desided to go for a ride. And it didn't end so good, one icy spot on the whole road and we found it, I was in front with mom right behind me, I hear her go down, I turn around see her on the ground, brakes and crashes myself. I just got some scrapes on my leg that stings alittle, a sour thigh and knee, while my mom got a cut on her chin who blow up like twice as big and it's getting darker and darker and then she hit her head to, got a little bum in her forehead. We had helmets and quite lot of clothes on cos' it's still cold out, other wise I don't think I would just have some scrapes! I had my phone with me so I called my brother, but he was on the buss already, and it about just passed us when I was talking to him, he called our cousin and asked if he could borrow his car to come pic us up, we waited for about 15-20 minutes maybe for him to come, mom was bleeding from her chin, I was quite shaken up, she too, go figures! We were lucky tho, all the Sandvik workers had just about gone home for the day, so there weren't any cars around just as we crash'd, other wise it could have ended much worse, about 5 minutes after the crash the cars started coming.
So it was the first ride for the year and the first crash on my racerbike ever, so now I can cross that off the list of things I've done with the bike. I hope it was the last one to, kind of scary, the bike just like dissapeard from underneat you!

Blood from my mom's chin!

My leg, not much for the world but it stings!

So yesterday I saw an advertisement from Nike on TV, it’s about women and men racing in running against each other, and in one scene a women drops a pair of shoes from a balcony and a guy ask if she has seen his running shoes, she just shakes her head, and then in the end seen you see the guy drop like 10 pair of shoes from the balcony, and I just think that’s so funny. It’s so true we women often have like a lot of shoes whiles guy’s have like one or two pair maybe. :)I love shoes I have like maybe 50-60 pairs of different shoes. Enough about that.

So last Saturday Thomas Lövkvist won the race Monte Paschi Eroica in Italy. His so far biggest win in his professional career. And then from this Tuesday he’s been racing in Italy again in the race Tirreno-Adriatico, he is one of the favorites to win the race. And on today’s stage which had a tough finish, and I mean tough, he crossed the finishing as the 3:d person with good help from George Hincapie, who has helped Lance Armstrong to 6 or 7 wins in Tour de France. Lövkvist climbed up on the list to 4th place only 16 seconds after the leader so far. And tomorrow’s stage is a time-trail, which is Thomas specialty, so I hope he finish as a total leader after that race. I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Good luck Thomas.

So what else, oh yes, I’m an artist I paint, and I made one of the Mötley Crüe boys awhile ago, I just love that painting, but I sold it to a guy, and not long ago he contacted me again and wanted 4 paintings the faces of Kiss (the band) one on each painting, so I have like just finish all four of them, sizes 90x30cm each. I hope he will like them as much as the Crüe painting. :) If you want to see some of the paintings I have done you can do so on http://lacoste.pixbox.se/. I have done like 3 painting of Thomas Lövkvist too.

That will have to do for now! See ya later

So today I opend internet at 1 pm and the first site is a news site, the first news there was, HIGHRICE IN 'VÄLLINGBY' STOCKHOLM ON FIRE, 8th FLOOR! And I think SHIT my bestfriend lives there and it looks just like her highrice, so I looked it up, if it was her house, and it was, I just had to get the hold of her, and after awhile I got a hold of her, she was OK, not even home and I was the one telling her, that her highrice was on fire, she lives on the 10th floor. She was gonna get home to look in what shape her apartment is. I talked to her later at the evening, and it was alright, just a little smokey. Thank god, cos' in about a mount I am supposed to go visit her! :) That's that!

What more can I say this first entry?!
Ohh yeah, I live in Sweden in as small as village. And in the sport world, on the ski front we have EMIL JÖNSSON, who I by the way went to school with for 9 years! And just a few days ago he had a small race in a city nearby, and the speaker for the event whas no other than Roberto Vacchi, I love the cyclesport and he is the BEST commentator for that, I manage to get his autograph, so I'm really happy! :D
O and about cycle, there is only about 2 days left til' the Paris-Nice race! :)
But I am longing more for the Giro D'Italia, Tour de France and Vuelta España.
Mainly cos' Thomas Lövkvist will ride at least the Giro and the Tour, and he is my fav. rider of them all! :D

Enough for today!
